This beautiful caravan offers decadent and larger than average accommodation with double glazing and central heating throughout.

There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people, which include a double, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out double bed in the lounge area. All bedding is included (duvets and pillows) but line and towels are not provided. IOf guests sleep directly on the duvets, mattress protectors or pillows they may be liable for laundering costs or replacements and lose their deposit.
The spacious washroom includes a large shower unit with integral seats; great for the kids to sit on. There is a separate toilet.
The caravan has high end furniture and furnishings, including 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, plus all crockery and utensils.
Private car parking is available outside the caravan.
This is a NO smoking holiday home. If there are any signs of smoking taken place in the caravan then you may lose part or all of your deposit.
All damages must be paid for.
No slime making or using slime in the caravan is permitted.
Check in is from 3pm & Check out is by 10am.
HOW TO BOOK - ITS SO EASY
There are 3 options to book
1. Less than 6 weeks away - Full payment is due. If cancelled after booking then you may lose part or all of your holiday payment.
2. 6-12 weeks away - A £50 deposit secures your date and full payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If the balance is not paid you may lose your deposit.
3. More than 12 weeks away - A £50 deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date or you can take advantage of our Direct Debit facility and spread the cost of your holiday. The final balance is due at least 4 weeks before your holiday date. Please ask for more details.
A £50 Damages/Cleaning bond is required with all bookings, which is returnable within 7 days of departure after the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in order.
