Caravan Description
Our privately owned caravan is situated in a quiet spot on the prestigious 5 * Southview Leisure Park at Skegness.
The caravan sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
All pillows and duvets are provided, but you must supply your own bed linen and towels.
There is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and plenty of shelving for your toiletries.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and cooker. There is also a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all the usual cooking utensils and crockery you may need.
There is a dining area with table, bench seating and stools, and in the lounge there is a large flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, plus a music centre with radio/cd player and ipod docking station.
We provide a full size vacuum cleaner and other cleaning products to help with your stay.
Finally there is hard standing for two vehicles at the side of the caravan and plenty of grassed area for the children to run around and feed the visiting ducks.

Booking Conditions
The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons.
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules).
Lead name must be over 21 years old.
A £50 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid 28 days prior to commencement of holiday or the caravan may be re-let and deposit forfeited.
A £75 security bond will be added to the final price, which will be refunded within 7/10 working days of vacating the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition with no breakages or damage.
Payment is accepted by cheque, cash, bank transfer or debit/credit card over the phone. Unfortunately due to ever increasing bank charges credit card payments will incur a 3% charge, debit cards will remain free of charge.
Please note passes are required to use the facilities at Southview.

About the Area
Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire's premier 5* Leisure Park situated just a few minutes drive from the seafront of Skegness with all its shops, amusement arcades, lively entertainment and wonderful attractions for the family. If you fancy leaving the car for a day there is an excellent bus service which runs direct from the park into Skegness.At Southview you will find all the usual facilities plus many more to keep you and your family occupied during your stay.
Sporting Activities:
Southview has a large indoor heated swimming pool with water slide and a smaller area just for the little ones, plus a Jacuzzi. This area is being rebuilt for the 2015 season due to an extensive fire in 2014. Along with the new swimming pool there will be a new fitness gym and snooker lounge. Outdoors there is a 9 hole golf course with putting green, fishing lakes and a bowling green.
Facilities:
Sun beds and sauna, children's pool, restaurant, sports bar and hotel bar with entertainment, children's play areas, amusement arcade, new internet café, mini market and launderette.
Should you wish to use all the facilities at Southview, passes are available from Reception on site.
Activities:
Club room with party nights, cabaret, bingo, disco and lots of children's activities including SKC club for the little ones.
Local Area
If you fancy a trip off site, as well as Skegness there is the vibrant town of Mablethorpe or Chapel St Leonards, which are only a short drive away. The antique shops of Horncastle are very close by. Or perhaps the very lively Pleasure Island with its wonderful Sunday market.
If a more leisurely holiday is planned there is the nearby National Trust property at Gunby Hall or perhaps Gibraltar Point, or just simply drive off and lose yourself in the Lincolnshire Fens.
In November and December there are the magnificent baby seals to be seen on the beaches at Donnor Nook, which is about 45 minutes drive from Southview.
