Caravan Description
Our caravan is an ABI St David, luxury, 3 bedroom caravan that enjoys a very high standard. The caravan is ideally sited in a peaceful location right on the sand dunes, enjoying superb unobstructed sea views from the decking area.
The caravan is 38ft by 12ft and sleeps up to six people. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with an on-suite toilet.
The caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. The decking is 15ft by 8ft to the front and is easily accessed through the patio doors, the decking also extends as a walkway down the side to the main entrance door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and utensils you will need during your stay. In the lounge there is a 32" TV with built in Freeview, and a DVD player.
There is has ample parking right next to the caravan.
Our prices are inclusive of gas and electricity.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen is not; you will need to provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

About the Area
We have always enjoyed the choices available to us when we use the caravan ourselves. If you want to just chill out then the location is excellent, right on the sand dunes away from it all. The beach is just over the dunes and makes for a relaxing walk up to Caister or into Great Yarmouth itself.If you are after some fun, the lights, slot machines, shows and pleasure of Great Yarmouth are a mile down the road and the local bus company provides a regular service along the seafront.
