Our caravan has stunning sea views and all the home comforts needed to make your holiday experience extra special.

The caravan benefits from a full length veranda, which was added last year, together with a new flat screen TV.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

There are three bedrooms; one double and two twin. The twin bedrooms each have two singles which can be pushed together to create double beds if required. They are also equipped with plenty of storage cupboards and hanging space. The main bedroom has a lift-up bed with extra storage space (you will find extra picnic chairs there for your use).

All beds have standard thickness sprung mattresses and the double bed has the added touch of a luxurious mattress topper. Duvets and plenty of pillows are provided for your convenience.

One of the lounge sofas also pulls out to create another double bed and the bedding for this is situated under the adjacent sofa.

Lounge & Dining Area

The lounge, which has panaramic sea views, has a new flatscreen TV with built in freeview and DVD player. We also provide a variety of family games, books and DVDs for your entertainment and also beach toys for your use, which saves on finding precious space when packing to come on hols.

The dining area has banquette seating and stools as well as a good sized dining table for family meal times.

Kitchen & Bathroom

The kitchen is equipped with a full size gas cooker and hob with extractor hood and light unit, a large larder fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and well stocked crockery and cookware cupboards. There is also a pull-out ironing board and iron.

The spacious bathroom has a large shower cubicle with powerful shower and vanity unit. The caravan also boasts a separate room with toilet and sink. Both of these rooms have extractor fans

We are very proud of our caravan and you will find it in excellent, clean condition throughout with all amenities in good working order.

About the Area

We benefit from being situated in a quiet position at the end of a cul-de-sac, but are still only 5 minutes walk from all the entertainment ameneties shops and cafes.

The private beach, which boasts a mile of sands as well as rock pools, is just a 10 minute stroll away.

Amenities & Outdoor Space

The caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout, parking alongside for two cars and a wide patio running along the length of the caravan with patio furniture; an ideal spot for BBQs.

The end of cul-de-sac position also adds the benefit of a large sloping area of grass to the rear and side of the caravan; perfect for children to play safely.

Devon Cliffs

Devon Cliffs is Haven's premier flagship holiday park, just 10 miles from Junction 30 of the M5. It has excellent facilities and a beautiful Blue Flag Beach.

Situated above a sandy bay with direct access to the private beach, the park includes a large pool complex and luxury Spa, as well as extensive activities and entertainment.

Out & About

Exmouth itself is only a few minutes drive away although a frequent bus service also runs directly from the park.

There is a large 24 hour Tesco just a few minutes drive away, a McDonalds restaurant/drive through, and a popular family friendly pub.
