Caravan Description
we have 3 caravans in the same road 2x6 berth and an 8 berth the 6 berth has 2 bedrooms double in one room and 2 x single beds in another and a double pull out bed in lounge, the 8 berth has 3 bedrooms double in one room 2 x single bed in 2 rooms and a double pull out bed in lounge
It is well equipped with everything you need; just bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
The caravan is double glazed and has heating in all bedrooms and the bathroom, and a gas fire in lounge. There are 2 separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a full size fridge and cooker, microwave, iron and ironing board.
In the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
The caravan has an enclosed, fenced garden for children to play safely, and a garden patio set with parasol, a BBQ and lockable shed are provided. There is also parking for 2 cars.
With our prices all passes are included, as well as gas and electric.
A £50 deposit is required, which is refunded if the caravan is left clean and in the condition it was found.

About the Area
Holiday Resort UnityOn site there is a fully equipped CostCutter supermarket and Sarah's pantry, which sells breakfast, dinner and fish and chips etc. to eat in or take away. There are also several carverys to choose from.
Holiday Resort Unity also boasts the south west's largest funfair, as well as an 18 hole golf course, fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pool water park, ten pin bowling and a choice of bars with free entertainment.
Locally
Brean Sands has 5 miles of sandy beaches, and has markets and boots sales that are on 4 times a week. Also nearby is Weston Super Mare, which has the new state of the art pier, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. In early November Burnham on Sea has the beach fire works and carnival.
There is just so much to do!
