Welcome to our New 2012 Caravan

We have a new 2012 Abi Sunningdale 3 bedroom caravan for a luxurious holiday stay.

We have created a fantastic space for your holiday experience with all the comforts of home. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and have a relaxing time in our beautiful caravan.

We are located on Conway Court No16 which is on its own luxury cul-de-sac with close access to the beach and our own private car parking space which is located next to the van.

The van is about 7 minutes’ walk from the main entertainment and facilities.

The all-new Sunningdale really is a range that sets new standards with innovative space planning providing a whole new dimension in holiday home design.

At first glance you’ll notice large windows to all three sides of the open plan lounge; this is increased further with the patio doors. (Picture for info only until sited in sept).

A comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofa upholstered in a soft contemporary fabric complements the soft toned floral curtains and scatter cushions plus a matching storage foot pouffe.

The focal point in the lounge is the fitted furniture with a ‘Lavascape’ fireplace, wall mounted mirror, storage drawers and new 32" LED TV which all match the dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen units.

Ample storage can be found in the kitchen along with a domestic twin cavity oven, stainless steel sink and stunning new timber clear flooring plus an integrated fridge and freezer.

Through the shaped hallway you’ll notice the spacious twin room design that provides more holiday comfort and storage in both models. The master bedroom has full-length wardrobes, a vanity area, cubed stool, wall mounted TV and en-suite with dual flush efficient toilets.

The family bathroom contains full size shower with thermostatic mixer, full-length shelf storage and towel radiator.

Modern spotlights complete the look for a light and airy feel.

We have added more things to do in the Caravan such as a PS2 with games (including guitar hero and the guitar controller), there are also board games, a poker table with chips / card decks, and an extensive collection of DVD's to help make your stay more enjoyable. Clean Linen with beds made up on arrival is also provided at no extra cost.

Haven have been busy and the site has been upgraded with an improved swimming pool including lazy river, a new crazy golf adventure course, and a gorgeous Papa John’s Pizza (delivery to caravan is available). The main supermarket is Spar.

We have made every effort to make sure that you have as good as holiday as we would expect ourselves, and to this degree any feedback or comments would be more than welcomed so should you wish to stay with us again we can ensure your stay would be better than before.

We have provided all the facilities you would expect from a new brand new Caravan hired from Haven. These additional extras plus more can be seen on the specifications page.

The Caravan is sited in a child friendly area where they can be seen and only cars that are on the court are allowed.

Sleeping Arrangements

A master double bedroom with wardrobe facilities (hairdryer included) and en-suite and 2 bedrooms with twin beds in different arrangements (see pictures), wardrobes and storage space under each bed. A travel cot is also included.

Kitchen / Dining

Within the kitchen and dining area is a cooker and hob, plenty of worktop space, separate fridge and freezer, lots of storage space, sink with drainer, microwave, toaster, toastie maker, kettle, lots of additional cooking equipment, child friendly cutlery and a children's booster seat with baby feeding set.

Living Space

Included is a ‘Lavascape’ electric fire, large 32" HD LCD/Freeview TV with separate DVD player and HD Freeview box, a very good selection of DVDs, L shaped sofa, coffee table, lots of storage space, stereo CD/radio player, board games within sofa storage and a wide range of books and colouring books

Luxury Fittings

Outside is a charcoal BBQ, picnic bench with parasol and a separate beach parasol.

Several of the items have been provided that would normally incur a hire charge by Haven, such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, travel cot, children's booster seat, DVD player and CD player.

However, NOT included in the cost is the fun works passes. Should you wish us to organise these, or if you need costs for a specific date please let us know at the time of booking and we can arrange these for you.

The Funworks passes are between £25 - £35 for adults and £13 - £18 for children (4 to 14 years old). Please email for specific costs or visit the owner’s website below.

However, the costs are slightly different for the different time of the year. The Funworks passes are also cheaper if booked as a group as the costs are capped at between £100 - £160 for up to 8 people.

Special Occasions

Should you have any special requests for Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. please let us know and if we can accommodate these we will.

Bookings

Bookings are generally offered Friday to Monday, and Monday to Friday (as the dates on the availability) we can accommodate other bookings and feel free to enquire.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday providing there have been no major breakages or damage.

The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your visit. Failure to do this will result in the booking being cancelled and the £50 deposit will not be returned.

Bookings for 2013 can be made now.

The rates for the caravan do not include the £50 deposit.
