Caravan Description
Well behaved pets now permitted at £5 per night charge + refundable £50 security deposit.
We are offering this 3 bedroomed caravan, for you to enjoy your own holiday a 5 minute walk from Mablethorpe's glorious Blue Flag sandy beaches.
The caravan is a whopping 35x12 feet in size. It is really comfortable and homely with all the facilities and utilities you would expect and more.
The caravan is in an ideal grassed location on the park, with parking very close.

The caravan features in detail are as follows:
Large lounge area with plenty of comfy seating, fully fitted including gas fire, TV with DVD and free digital channels.
Large dining area with table and comfy seating.
Large fully fitted modern kitchen including gas hob, grill and oven, sink with mixer taps and drainer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc.
Sleeping area separated to the rear of the caravan, which includes 3 attractive bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, one with double bed and the other two with twin beds.
Toilet with wash hand basin and separate bathroom with enclosed shower and vanity sink and mirror.
Duvets and Pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels.
You will not be disappointed.
Gas is included in the charge and provides the cooking and heating facilities in the lounge area.
There is a pre-pay meter for electric use. Wi-Fi is availalbe at the site at an additional cost payable locally.
Our caravan is positioned in an ideal location on the site, in a peaceful position near to all amenities, and it is just a five minute walk from the caravan door to the glorious sandy beach over the sand dunes. You really don't need a car to stay here, the beach is on your doorstep and you can take the bus or the famous sand train to the Mablethorpe centre, which is about a mile away down the sea front.

About the Area
Mablethorpe Chalet Park is small and friendly and has everything you need.There is a shop, restaurant, a family friendly club with regular free entertainment and lounge bar. There are also amusements as well as children's park facilities and a sports green.
Local Area
Mablethorpe is a traditional British seaside resort, family oriented, great beaches, good food, shops, markets, pubs, entertainment etc.
If you want even more action, Skegness and the Ingoldmells Fantasy Island theme parks are half and hour away by car or bus.
Local towns such as Alford or Louth, with market days on Wednesday and Friday, are great to visit. A little further away is the city of Lincoln which is also worth a visit with its magnificant Cathedral.
