The extra wide 40' x 13' luxury caravan was sited April 2013 and has side patio doors leading onto a large 20’ x 8’ decking area. The caravan has the optional en-suite shower to the master bedroom.
The caravan is on a large elevated plot with grass areas and car parking space. The plot is well situated for easy reach to the entertainment areas with a short walk to the boat park and beach.
There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 5ft double bed, en-suite, a walk in wardrobe and 22” TV/DVD.
Our main living has freestanding furniture, 40” TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray player, a Bluetooth speaker and an electric fireplace.
Kitchen benefits from a 5 burner hob and a full size oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer.
The holiday home has double glazing and full gas central heating.

Rockley Park is a Spectacular park with views over Poole Harbour, its own boat park and an award-winning rural Beach. Not forgetting the fantastic facilities, activities and entertainment day and night-a popular choice!Park is close to Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle. The park is perfectly situated next to the Ham common site of special scientific interest for great short walks around heath land and the fishing lake. Ham common is home to two rarities: the sand lizard and the Dartford Warbler and overlooks an RSPB reserve.
This outstanding 'Five Star' park is an excellent base for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving - all available from the park.
