Arguably the finest grade holiday home is our double glazed and central heated Sea Spray Lodge with a large decking situated on Waterside.
Seaspray Lodge is a large, spacious, contemporary styled, 42ft x 13ft lodge.
Sea Spray Lodge represents arguably the finest grade of holiday home living available on Waterside and is the ultimate statement in luxury and comfort.
Our many returning guests will now be offered a second premium, five-star accommodation, as with Ocean View Plot 142 (Ref: 2232 on this website), and service at the highest level possible.
For two family bookings we also have a walkway from Plot 143 to Plot 142.
Our accommodation has the added bonus of double glazing and central heating and is ideal for families and couples to enjoy a quality holiday break by the sea at any time of the year.
Our platinum grade, open plan, spacious living area comes complete with luxurious free standing furniture which include a three seater sofa bed, two comfy arm chairs and full sized sliding French patio doors that allow you to enjoy uninterrupted, amazing sea views.
The spacious open plan lounge area has sea views from all windows. Further enhancements include a 40” flat screen TV/DVD player with Freeview.
The dining area has a free standing table and four comfy chairs with sea views as standard.
The quality theme of our five-star grade living is also reflected in our stylish designed kitchen and dining areas, which include modern LED lighting. The matching modern colour scheme using white gloss doors and natural colours give a quality feel to the functional kitchen area. Further luxury enhancements that give Sea Spray Lodge the edge over all our competitors include a breakfast bar with two stools, a large fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and five burner cooker and cooker hood.
The main sleeping area consists of a spacious, modern master bedroom with king bed, large wardrobes, dressing table/stool and windows looking out to uninterrupted sea views. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom is a good sized twin bedroom with twin beds and good wardrobe space. Sea Spray Lodge can sleep up to 6 persons in total.
To accommodate families, Sea Spray Lodge has a large En-suite family bathroom which includes a full bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.
Outside there is a large decking area and we provide a patio set to include table, four chairs and parasol. The views from the decking are simply stunning.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE ELEVATED POSTION OF OUR LODGE, THERE ARE STEEP STEPS LEADING UP TO THE DECKING/LODGE.
Sea Spray Lodge has a FREE mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier nights you have the added benefit of full gas central heating and double glazing.
Waterside Entertainment Passes for guests can be purchased at reception on arrival at a minimal charge. Children under the age of 3 are Free.
