Caravan Description
Brookwood on Oak Meadows.
The lounge has free standing sofas, a feature fireplace with electric coal effect fire, flat screen television with DVD player,curtains on curtain poles, carpets and coffee table. There is no pullout bed.
The dining area is on a raised dias with pine and chrome hand rails, dining table and chairs on a laminate floor.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, pots and pans etc. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The shower room has a corner shower, toilet, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.
The large main bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes, dressing table and cupboards above the bed. Ample room for a travel cot if required.
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a double if required, bedside table, wardrobe and dressing table.
Both Brookwood caravans have fires in the lounge and electric heaters in the bedrooms also heated towel rails in the shower rooms, controlled from a master switch in the main bedroom.
The Brookwood on Beech Walkt has surround seating in the lounge and a gas fire,curtains on poles
The dining area now has a dining table and chair on a vinyl floor and a feature wall.
The kitchen is the same but with different coloured cupboard doors.
The shower room has a large new shower with a bifold door and hand basin, also a heated towel rail.
The separate toilet also has a wash hand basin.
Both the main bedroom and second bedroom are identical to the Brookwood on Oak Meadows.
Outside the Brookwood on Oak Meadows there is hard standing for your car and a patio area with garden table and chairs.
Outside the Brookwood on Beech Walk there is no hard standing for your car, but you can park on the grassed area at the side of the caravan. There is also a Garden table and chairs. Across the way is a children's play area.
Pets are welcome in both caravans
Linen hire is available at £5 per bed. We also have available to hire travel cots, bedsides and a high chair at £5 per week.

About the Area
Opposite the entrance to Golden Sands is the beach and Seal Sanctuary. A short walk takes you to the cinema and a little further into Mablethorpe itself. There is a land train which will take you into Mablethorpe if preferred.From Mablethorpe it is a short drive to Cleethorpes, Ingoldmells and Skegness.
