Caravan Description

A Superb 3 bed, at Rockley Park which is tucked away in a quiet and private plot perfect for larger families. Ideal for children as it is situated on a no through road and enclosed with hedging. Fabulously located close to the entrance/exit to the nature trail, which takes you through to Nature Rockz. Its also a great cut through to the other side of the park. The caravan benefits from double glazing and full central heating throughout, and a gas fire in the lounge. Although this is an older caravan (2006) it has been well cared for and is in very good condition.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge (plus small freezer section), toaster and usual kitchen utensils.

The living area is open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a door leading to the bedroom area.

The open plan area has circular dining table with two stools. The lounge area is fitted with seating area (part of which makes down to a sofa bed with separate mattress - use of sofa bed only with prior agreement), TV/DVD player and gas fire.

The 3 bedrooms are fully fitted, one with double bed and en-suite (toilet and sink), one with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double, and one with bunk beds (top bunk not for use of under 5 years).

Duvets and pillows are provided you will need to provide your own bed linen which can be hired from Rockley park on arrival at an additional cost. Towels (bath, swimming and tea towels) are not included.

The outside area has enough space for parking two cars. It is in a lovely quiet and secluded spot next to trees and bushes. There are two plastic tables and 8 chairs and gas BBQ (bbq only in the Summer and can not be guaranteed).

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed. Please no smoking in the outside area of the caravan, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and very dry.

No hen/stag parties and no groups of under 21s allowed, mixed or same sex.

A £100 deposit is required for damages and will be returned after 7 days of your departure from the caravan (assuming no damages). £100 to confirm holiday booking is required for each 7 day let with the remainder payable 6 weeks prior to start of your holiday. Bookings within 6 weeks of hire date will require full payment plus damage waiver deposit. Damage waiver deposit needs to be paid in full and we do not accept post dated cheques to cover this.
