Caravan Description
Our spacious mobile home set on a private emplacement on a fabulous, friendly, French owned campsite, approximately 5kms from St Tropez.
Parc St James is a 4 star campsite set amongst mature cork and pine trees. The site was a former vineyard and above it you can see the enchanting village of Gassin (voted one of the most beautiful villages in France), which has spectacular views across the Golfe de St Tropez.
Our ‘open plan’ mobile home can sleep up to 5 people and benefits from having air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be put together to make a double.
The bathroom has a shower and hand basin and there is a separate toilet. You can also use the toilet and shower block located near to the mobile home.
There is a well equipped ‘studio style’ kitchen with a 4 ring gas cooker/grill and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, pots pans, crockery and cutlery etc.
Outside there is a large raised deck with a half covered canopy. For ‘al fresco’ dining there is a dining table, 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is a lockup box where you will find beach chairs, toys and a beach parasol etc which you are welcome to use. There is also a second fridge outside for storing cold drinks and you can cook out in the open using a large electric paella pan.
The mobile home is fully equipped, but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are provided for you.

To secure a booking, we will require a £75 deposit and full payment will be required 6 weeks before your holiday.

About the Area
There is plenty to do on site with 3 swimming pools, a tennis court, crazy golf, boules, a children’s play area, volley ball and organised games and competitions in the high summer. Of course, you could also just relax and sit by the pool if you prefer or go walking or cycling around the area.There is Wi-Fi available in the bar and café areas and in the main season the camp shop sells most things, including fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning and you can even order an English newspaper if you wish.
Places to See
Just a short drive away, you can visit St Tropez, Gassin Village, Port Grimaud (known as Little Venice), St Maxime, Ramatuelle, Criox Valmer, Cogolin or Cavalaire. Markets are held regularly in all locations and there is plenty to see and do.
Beaches
There are various beautiful sandy beaches within easy travelling distance from the campsite.
Airports
Toulon airport is 45 minutes drive, Nice airport is 1 hour 50 minutes, Nimes airport is 2 hours 30 minutes and Marseille airport is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
Shopping
There are local shops close to the campsite including a large Géant supermarket and a Lidl and Leclerc hypermarket in nearby Cogolin.
