Caravan Description
Our 2008, English spec ABI Focus model mobile home is situated in one of the most sought after locations (Les Vignes B) on this beautiful site.
Our mobile home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from being situated on a plot which has a large garden area with trees for shade, private parking and an open aspect.
There is decking along two thirds of the mobile home giving plenty of space for al-fresco dining. There is also a table and 6 chairs, a large sun umbrella, and 2 sun loungers, together with a BBQ.
The mobile has air-conditioning for the hot summer season, and a fire and bedroom heaters for the cooler weeks.
There are two bedrooms, a large double with en-suite WC and wash hand basin, two large wardrobes, a dressing table, stool and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The large open living area has a pull-out double bed, allowing for six in total to sleep. We provide duvets, pillows and bed linen.
The lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD player and radio, along with a small selection of DVDs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven/grill, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
There is a separate shower room with shower, wash hand basin, WC and storage cupboard.
Booking and Conditions
At the time of booking a deposit will be required of 25% with the balance due 8 weeks prior to occupation, along with a £100 damage deposit that will be returned after your holiday, minus any breakages/damage.
For bookings made within the 8 weeks, full payment will be due immediately on confirmation.

About the Area
Siblu’s La CarabasseSiblu's La Carabasse is an extremely beautiful site with many trees and flowering hedges giving shade and privacy. There are safe areas for children to play away from the main through roads.
Within the pool complex, which has recently (2016) been refurbished, there is a main pool, a shallow pool for young children and a paddling pool for tots, plus two water slides. The pools and slides have lifeguard attendance at all times. To use the pool and children’s clubs fun passes can be purchased at reception.
Also on site there are tennis courts, a multi sports pitch, boules (petanque) pitch, table tennis and children’s clubs catering for ages 4-14.
There is internet access at the Atoll bar and an entertainment area/bar at the Archipel, next to the pool, with entertainment most nights throughout the main season.
There is an on-site shop for general groceries and a bakery. In the main season there is also an excellent butcher and a green grocer.
There is a restaurant next to the Atoll bar serving lunches and evening meals.
Locally there are supermarkets within walking distance, gift shops and shops selling beach equipment for adults and children. There is also a varied selection of restaurants catering for all tastes.
Local Area
The beach is approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk or it can be reached easily by bicycle (available for hire on-site or locally). On the beach there is a bar selling snacks, drinks and ice creams. There's also beach sun loungers and various water sports available for hire.
The local town of Vias is close by and has a popular market selling everything imaginable on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Remember to make an early start to enjoy the local atmosphere.
Outside of the immediate area there are many places of historical and cultural interest within an easy drive including the Canal du Midi, Beziers, Agde, Cap D’Agde, Sete, Monpellier and the famous fortified town of La Cite at Carcassonne.
There is a European funfair within a few minutes walk of the site; fun for all the family.
The tourist information across the road from the site will give you details in English of the local events and excursions. Also how many of the places of interest can be reached by public transport.
