Privately owned static caravan, with sea views, in the popular Haven site at Perran Sands in Cornwall.
The caravan is a 2007 Willerby solstice with full central heating and double glazing. Maintained by the owner, to the highest standards.
There is a picnic table on decking, with a ramp leading to the door. Parking is next to the ramp.
There is a small fridge freezer, microwave cooker and freeview television.
All linen and bedding is supplied.
Reservation deposit is £40. Well behaved pets are welcome.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated in Penhale Sands and there is access to a very large common, which leads down to 3 miles of glorious beach. The beach is only accessible via a footpath, which is wheelchair and pushchair friendly. There are lifeguards in attendance during the season and the sea is perfect for swimming and surfing.The park has all the amenities you need including swimming pool, shop, bars, burger bar, family entertainment and kids clubs. You will need to purchase ‘funworks’ passes for some amenities.
