Caravan Description
In our fully air conditioned mobile home there are 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with en-suite toilet and hand basin, a double bed, wardrobed dressing area, and a TV on the wall with Sky TV, and also two twin bedded rooms, each with two single size beds.
In the lounge dining area there is a settee that converts into a double bed.
The bathroom has a half size bath, shower and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Outside is a large, private emplacement with solar shower to cool you down.
There is a large gazebo with 6 seater table and chairs for outside dining, an outside fridge to keep your wine and beers cool, plenty of sun beds and seated shaded area.
The emplacement is situated next to the shops, restaurants, bars and swimming pools.

About the Area
We are surrounded by the muir mountains in a beautiful forest area. All mobile homes are situated in their own little part of this wooded area of Gassin. We are 3 kilometres away from St Tropez and the same from St Maxime.There are plenty of places to visit; Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Gassin. If you like wines there are many caves for you to taste the local wines, or go to the local markets to sample the real tastes and smells of local produce, cheeses, olives, oils and fresh local caught fish.
You could go to one of the many restaurants or just sit in a cafe and people watch the day away.
Parc St James offers many facilities which includes children's pool, toddler pool, jaccuzzi, pool with sun terraces, golf, boules, volley ball, tennis, table tennis, bike hire, launderette, restaurant, kiosk serving ice creams and refreshments, bars, takeaway, free wi-fi, and for the young revellers; disco until early hours, and for the teenagers; games rooms.
