Caravan Description
Our mobile home is sited on a lovely, private plot on the magnificent camp site of Parc St James; set amongst the pine and oak trees and situated near to all campsite amenities.
It is a Grand 29 with 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped and furnished with TV/DVD player, stereo, microwave, cutlery, crockery, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside is a large private patio area, surrounded by a pretty garden to provide privacy, with table, chairs, sun loungers, drinks fridge and storage box filled with equipment and boules set.
Further Information
Bedding is provided, but needs to be laundered on day of departure. Towels are not provided.
Included in the booking fee is gas, electricity and water.
On arrival, there are additional charges of 10 euros per day plus 0.61 euro for each person over 10 years old; this is payable to the campsite in order to receive your gate pass.

About the Area
Parc St James is a 4 star mobile home site situated near Gassin and just a few miles from St Tropez. It is renowned as one of the best sites in the area and is annually updated.The site is on a gentle hillside, wooded with century old cork oak trees and parasol pines, and topped by the picturesque village of Gassin, with small roadways ensuring that access to all the site facilities is quick and convenient.
Parc St James is comprehensively equipped, clean and well run. It has a wide range of facilities including a shop/bakery, bar, restaurant, laundry, tennis courts, volleyball, crazy golf, astro turf football, boules, children's club, children's play area, games room and additional shower facilities. There are 3 swimming pools with sun loungers and terraced areas. Throughout the high season there is an excellent entertainments schedule.
Locally
Close by are the towns of St Tropez, Cogolin and Port Grimaud, there are also a number of beautiful beaches. Supermarket shopping, an excellent fair and mini golf are 5 mintues drive away.
The towns of Ste Maxime, Frejus, Nice and Cannes can be reached by ferry or car, and for a magnificent day out you can take a boat from St Tropez to Isle D'Or.
There are fantastics markets held in each town.

How To Get There
Parc Saint James can be reached by car from Nice or Toulon Airport in just over an hour.
The Eurostar from London to Toulon, changing at Paris or Lille takes only 6 hours.
