There is a spacious dining area outside on the decking with table, chairs and a full size sun canopy which is fully waterproof. Alongside the gas hob we have a small electric cooker and a planchet which can be used outside during the warm weather.
The mobile is fully equipped for 4/6 people and includes a portable cd player, TV with built in dvd player, a small washing machine suitable for light loads,a fridge freezer and a coffee table. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The seating in the living room can be pulled out to provide a sleeping space for one adult or child. There are lamps in both bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. We also provide duvets and pillows.
You are welcome to use our tennis rackets, boules and the games in the mobile. There are several English books for you to read and there are also a small selection of books in the site office which you can borrow free of charge.

About the Area
Village Del Mar is a family run site situated 500 metres from North Beach in Argeles. The swimming pool, bar, restaurant, shop and takeaway food stall are open from June to September and during this time there are free organised activities and entertainment for all the family. There is a new children's playground with two huge water slides , two bouncy castles, trampolines, table tennis, a football pitch and tennis courts. There is also a laundry room with new washing and drying facilities, tokens can be purchased from the site office. There are indoor and outdoor bars and restaurant with extensive bar seating and nightly entertainment during the peak season.
Wi-Fi is available but there is a charge by the site and can be arranged through reception upon arrival.
The centre of Argeles is a short ride away on the road train which calls at the town, beach and port areas. There are many shops locally including cheap and fresh local produce.
The Port of Argeles is worth a visit as there are many excellent eating places. Also from here you can book a boat trip to the beautiful village of Collioure
Luna Fun Fair Park is open during July and August. Other local activities include horse riding and go karting.
For those interested in the cultural side there are many places of interest worth hiring a car for, e.g. Carcassone, once home to the Cathars.
How To Get There
By air: Perpignan Airport is about a 35 minute drive away. Gerona and Carcassone air ports are approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive. Barcelona is about 2 hours drive. Ryan Air, BMi Baby and Flybe operate no frills flights to the many nearby airports.
By ferry: speedferries do cheap returns from Dover to Bologne.
By train: Eurostar from London Ebbsfleet will get you to Perpignan (change at Lille) in about 8 and a half hours.
