Caravan Description
Our accommodation is comprised of two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (5’ by 6’ 6”) and the other twin bedded.
The spacious central living area has a kitchen at one end with oven, separate hob, microwave and fridge freezer (brand new for 2011 season). The lounge area has plentiful seating with British satellite TV and CD player. A small dining table seats four comfortably.
There is a sizeable shower room with wash hand basin and a separate toilet off the lounge.
Outside there is a roomy decked balcony with a large table, six chairs, two loungers and large sun umbrellas. A portable barbecue with utensils is also provided.
The site is southfacing and is in the sun all day.
Conditions of Hire
1. We require a deposit of £100 when you book your holiday. The balance must be paid 6 weeks beforethe holiday starts.
2. A sum of £100 must be paid with the deposit to cover any loss or damage. This £100 will be returned if the cleaner finds no problems the day after you leave. Any breakages will be charged for from the £100 and the balance returned to you.
3. Pillows, mattresses and duvets are all provided. You will need to bring all your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and dish cloths.
4. Midweek changeovers are sometimes possible.

About the Area
Bel Air makes a great base for exploring Brittany. There is the regional capital of Quimper to the east which is a charming city.To the west, north and south are bays, coves, headlands and capes of all shapes and sizes to explore. Keen surfers can enjoy the long sandy beaches at Pointe de la torche, Plovan and the renowned Baie des Trespasses. It is possible to have lessons and hire boards and wetsuits.
There is something for everybody within easy distance of BelAir.
