Caravan Description
Our mobile home is set in the heart of a Chasse Reserve (no hunting) where you are surrounded by stunning countryside. You have a very private fenced garden and we welcome your dog & cat.
The accommodation consists of:
Double bedroom fitted with a wardrobe and dressing table. Twin bedroom fitted with wardrobe and cupboard.
Shower room with wash basin and toilet.
Kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and the usual tea/coffee making facilities.
Lounge with a double sofa, coffee table and satellite TV (UK free-to-air). Wi-Fi at main house, 3G.
The double doors from the lounge lead onto a decking area with table and chairs, BBQ for eating 'al fresco'.
For people who wish to come early spring or autumn there is a wood burning fire in the lounge for those cool evenings.
There is a new refurnished shared swimming pool or take a one minute stroll to our crystal clear fresh water river where there is places to swim & sunbath

About the Area
We are situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees and the location is ideal for those who want a quiet break or those interested in a bit more adventure,there is white water rafting,body surfing, horse riding, cycling and climbing parks.several bikes are available on request so you can explore the area. Wine tasting can be found locality & enjoy tasting all the different wines of our region.our village is a two minute drive away where fresh bread is delivered daily & a locale weekly market.
Within a 15 minute car ride is the village of St.Hilaire where there is a supermarket, pharmacy, post office and a few other things.
The beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is the third most visited attraction in France & within its walled site you have small boutiques, restaurants, bars etc.
Carcassonne airport is a thirty minute drive away with flights from many areas.
Toulouse airport 1hour 20 minuets.
The town of Limoux is also a short drive away which is on the river Aude. The square has many cafes and restaurants for coffee, lunch and evening meals if desired.
Narbonne is the nearest beach to us 1hour very easy drive, Spanish boarder 2 hours.
The Aude region is a very beautiful part of France and being the Cathar country has many old ruins and castles. With the vineyards and mountain ranges it has a lot to offer its visitors.
