Caravan Description
Welcome and thankyou for looking at our luxury mobile home, this is also our holiday home to so we hope that you like what you see. Our home is 34 x 12 with 3 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, shower room, seperate toilet, dinning area, luxury lounge and spacious decking area outside the home.
Our holiday home consists of one double bedroom which has a dressing table, double wardrobe and plenty of overhead storage and fitted hairdryer, two twin bedrooms also with plenty of storage. The single beds can be fixed together to make a double if required. Available for you to use is a single bed guard which can easily be attached to a bed if required.
The fitted kitchen was fitted out less than 2 years ago, it is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer.
A full range of kitchen utensils and cutlery are also provided for your use. In the mobile home is an avent baby bottle sterilizer and bottle warmer if required. The dinning area is directly opposite the kitchen.
The lounge area is very relaxing and comes with colour sky tv, DVD, stero cd unit, various games.
The seperate bathroom is fully fitted out and includes a shower and small bath which is big enough to bath smaller children or a baby. Seperate toilet alongside the bathroom.
To the side of the mobile home is a large decking area.
Our mobile home is surrounded by mature conifer bushes to three sides, giving you plenty of privacy and seclusion to the already secluded pallet of privately owned mobile homes. For the decking area there are sun loungers, patio chairs and a bbq is also supplied for outside eating and relaxing on those hot summer days or nights. There is ample space for parking at the front of the mobile home.

About the Area
Our mobile home is situated on the excellent 4 star SIBLU flagship site Les Charmettes. This site is the best site by far for all the family young and old. Young babies, toddlers and upwards are all catered for in the 3 childrens clubs which are available.The pool complex is magical with complete indoor and outdoor pools x5, jacuzzi, flumes, water slides which will make for hours of fun for everyone along with sun loungers around the edge of each pool. The pool complex has full time lifeguards for your peace of mind.
The "Equinox" complex provides a full entertainment programme for the whole season including shows and family entertainment to an exceedingly high standard. Other facilities on the site include a traditional pub, outside entertainment area, supermarket, take-away pizza/burger place, laundrette, hairdresser and a superb restaurant which produces an excellent menu for the whole family. At LES CHARMETTES relaxation is the name of the game but the action is never far away.
The surrounding area to the site is also of natural beauty. The local beaches are just miles and miles of golden sand and some are only 5 minutes away surrounded by acres of fragrant pine forests.
Locally there is horse riding, quad biking, Luna Park(swimming adventure), La Palmyre Zoo and local markets with dates etc listed in our welcome folder.

-Bed linen is not provided, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are.
-All fun passes are to be arranged by customers on site due to different requests.
