Caravan Description
We would like to welcome you to our mobile home, which is situated in a private and enviable position, with views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful sunrises. Private, enviable and "elevated" position.
Our mobile home is only a few minutes away from swimming pool, reception and restaurant. It comprises of two bedrooms, one double, with new comfortable mattress and one twin. In addition, there is a further double bed converted from the seating area in the lounge.
Duvets and pillows are provided, a linen rental service is on offer for a small charge, which must be booked in advance, if required.
The well appointed kitchen has a gas hob, fridge with integral freezer, kettle, toaster, small electric oven with grill, microwave, crockery, glasses and cutlery for six places, plus other utensils including saucepans, serving dishes etc. There is also ample work surfaces and storage cupboards.
Due to our elevated position, in the morning from the kitchen and bedroom window, you can see the sun rise over the mountains, which is beautiful.
This year we have improved our mobile by building new decking, which has made the outside living area much more spacious and level and also a lower patio to sit and relax in. We have air conditioning installed.
The site has wi-fi.
Within the bathroom, there is a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Outside is a private, enclosed, safe decked patio area surrounded by flowered shrubs. For your relaxation we have provided a table and chairs for six and two sun loungers. There is also a parasol and small drinks table and new BBQ for your enjoyable alfresco experience. The patio is sunny from breakfast to late afternoon, and then shaded for comfort.
Cars can be parked outside, close to the mobile home.
All visitors over the age of 13 are required to pay a tourist tax of 0.61 euros per day.
This payable at reception on arrival.
We trust our clients to leave the unit as clean and tidy, as they would expect to find it on their arrival.

About the Area
Le Dattier is a friendly four star site set amongst pine and eucalyptus trees. The trees, foliage and plants are a feature of this site and offer a welcome degree of shade in the hot weather together with a varying array of natural beauty during the year.It has two swimming pools, one with toddler area and paddling pool, and both with showers, sun loungers and chairs.
There is a restaurant with dining area or take away service.
Across the road from the campsite is a supermarket selling a full range of food, groceries etc., plus a Boulangerie which sells fresh croissants etc. freshly made on the premises. mmmmm. There are also very large hypermakets within a short drive.
There is a bus stop outside the campsite which goes to local towns, where you can connect to the railway and coach station in Frejus.
There are numerous, fabulous, sandy palm tree beaches about 4kms away, like Frejus, Saint Raphael and Saint Aygulf, to name but a few, all within ten minutes drive. There is secluded bays, fascinating ports, famous coastal resorts and the beautiful land of Provence with its old villages and ancient traditions. They all have a fine array of restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes.
Also close by there is Water Park, Luna Park, go-karting, golf, crazy golf, bowling, etc. etc.
Again, within easy reach by car, rail or boat, are Monaco, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Cannes, Port Grimaud (Little Venice), Nice and Grasse.
Getting There
Frejus is approximately 12 hours drive from Calais, or you can fly to Nice from a variety of airports with budget airlines such as Easy Jet, Ryanair etc. Hire cars are available at the terminal. Le Dattier is approximately 40 minutes drive from Nice. Alternatively, you can travel by coach or train from Nice.
