Looking to spend some time in the historic walled town of Berwick upon Tweed? My caravan is perfect for a central base, or as a home from home to on the family friendly Berwick Holiday Centre. My van is double glazed, spacious and well appointed, situated on a quiet part of the park and within easy walking distance of the central complex and the town. It has a large veranda, with table and chairs perfect for warmer days and nights.

The van hosts three bedrooms and additional pull out bed in lounge, it also has many other amenities including a TV, DVD player, Freeview digital service, microwave and an oven. There is heating throughout and a large shower and separate toilet.

As of 2018, we are standardising our pricing structure and are offering short breaks outside of bank holidays and the June - August peak season for £160 Friday to Monday and £190 Monday to Friday.

We also offer week breaks during low season for £310.

**Peak season weeks are £460 excluding passes.
**Bank holiday weeks are £360 and short breaks £220 and £250 respectively.

Prices do not include entertainments passes which need to be purchased from reception if required upon arrival.

We are willing to host pets (put require a £50 refundable damages deposit) we do however ask guests to ensure any pet hair etc. is removed before departure (to keep the cleaning staff sweet and ensure deposit return).

Booking Conditions

A £50 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance payable six weeks before your holiday (this is separate to the deposit required for pets and is deducted from your holiday balance, but non refundable if a cancellation is made.

Linen is not provided (although duvets and pillows are).

Within reason we will attempt to meet additional needs as long as sufficient notice is given.

About the Area

Facilities on this park include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, all weather sports court and park, under five's play area, and children's clubs. There are also many additional themed activities which run throughout the season.
Also on the park are two licenced venues (one newly refurbished) an amusement arcade, restaurant and take-away facilities, there is also a launderette and a large spar.

Just a short walk from Berwick Holiday Centre is the historic Berwick town centre with an array of shopping opportunities and places to eat. There is also a golf course bordering the park and direct access to the beach and council park. Out and about there are craft centres, local farms and the Swan Leisure Centre which has a large soft play area and sports opportunities. Most places can be easily reached within 10 to 15 minutes by car or bus.

Transport facilities to the area are good; there's both bus and rail stops in the town centre with good links to Edinburgh and Newcastle.
