This highly-maintained, beautiful timber lodge is set amongst some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland.
New double glazed windows and doors have been installed (June 2013).
A luxury shower room has been fitted, and there is a large lounge/dining room with lovely views over the Holy Loch.
The lodge has two bedrooms; one double and one twin.
The kitchen has been fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a full-sized cooker with grill and a microwave. All the crockery, cutlery and utensils have been chosen with care, and you will find everything you could possibly need.
There is a huge deck outside, wrapping more than three-quarters of the way round the lodge. The deck at the back of the lodge is under cover, allowing you to take in the views and relax, whatever the weather. There is a table, with four chairs and a parasol, as well as a separate picnic table and a large BBQ. A further two large benches, and two unique seats made out of whisky barrels, mean that you will never be short of seating!
The lounge has a 32" LCD Freeview TV, as well as a DVD player and hi-fi. I have also fitted an electric "stove-style" heater for those days and nights when it could be chilly. There are also electric wall heaters throughout the lodge.
Electricity is provided by a pre-payment meter. For a seven-night stay there will be a minimum of £20 in the meter when you arrive, and for a three-night stay there will be £10. If required, further electricity can be paid for using the pre-payment key at any of the "Pay Point" outlets in the area.
All bed linen is provided, and your beds will be made up and ready for your arrival. Towels are not provided, however. I have also provided books, DVDs, CDs, games, a sewing kit, first aid box, hairdryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This is altogether a beautiful lodge, and I am very proud of it. I know you won't be disappointed with the accommodation, the holiday park or the area.
