Caravan Description
Our caravan is sited in The Cedars, on a level pitch enjoying full sun from first thing in the morning until the early evening.
Outside you have your own parking space and there is a patio area with picnic table and barbecue. We are situated only a few minutes walk from all amenities.
The caravan benefits from full central heating and double glazing.
The accommodation comprises of 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with flat screen TV with Freeview. Pillows and duvets are provided and all beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors. A travel cot is also available.
There is a shower room and separate WC with hand basin.
The lounge has a gas fire, 21" flat screen TV with Freeview and a CD radio. There is also a small selection of DVDs for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and table top freezer, four burner gas cooker with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave and all kitchen utensils, plus an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a hoover.
Booking Conditions
Due to park rules we are not permitted to hire the caravan to single sex groups or persons under the age of 21 years.
Entertainment passes can be purchased separately at reception, they are required for entry to the parks facilities.

The park is located in a rural setting with panoramic views of the countryside, yet it is only 3 miles from Newquay, making it the ideal base to tour Cornwall.The Tregenna Bar and Grill offers free Wi-Fi and large screen TVs. There is a takeaway, amusement arcade, soft play area, launderette and fully stocked supermarket.
