a prime location on the site: just yards from the beach and from the beach
there are breathtaking panoramic views of the Isle of Wight - prime
viewpoint for Cowes week!
It offers privacy and beautiful walks along the
Solent Way; spectacular scenery!!!
Solent Breezes
Solent Breezes has its own slipway which makes it an ideal location for yachting and boating enthusiasts. Other facilities include a superb outdoor heating swimming pool (constantly supervised by qualified lifeguards), children's play area, a clubhouse with bar and restaurant - enjoy a meal on the sun terrace overlooking the Solent and watch the famous ships go by! The clubhouse provides evening entertainment for young and old. Tennis/badminton facilities are also available (racquets and balls can be hired).
Places of Interest
The historical village of Warsash (which is a 30 minute walk along the beach from Solent Breezes) is well worth a visit. At low tide, shipwrecks and cannons can be seen - have lunch in the Rising Sun before making your leisurely walk back to site.

SOUTHAMPTON
Long known as 'The Gateway to England'- all the great liners dock here. West Quays Shopping Emporium (visit the restaurant on top floor with panoramic views of the liners in dock). Southampton boasts excellent leisure facilities and night life with clubs, pubs, restaurants, theatre, cinema - something for everyone !!!
NEW FOREST
Covering a large area along the south Coast, it is unique - every kind of activity is open to the visitor from cycle rides, nature walks and horse riding, to picnicing and BBQ areas, swimming pools and the New Forest Water Park. Theme Parks include Paultons Park (a must for families with young children - plenty of parking and places to eat) and Alice in Wonderland Family Park. Exbury Gardens (home of the Rothschilds and renowned for its Rhodedendrons and
Azaleas) is beautiful in the late summer, Furzey Gardens, Braxton Gardens, and animal attractions such as The New Forest Otter & Owl Centre. The New Forest
Badger Watch and Marwell Zoo (again a must for families - many activities are organised for children). New Forest pony sales and Hythe Marina (a yachter’s paradise)
BOURNEMOUTH - (45 minutes)
Beautiful sandy beaches, BIC centre housing restaurants, theatres etc., and the spectacular Winter Gardens which is a tranquil haven with Victorian bandstand running from the town centre to the beach. It has breathtaking flower and plant displays and holds candlelight evenings at certain times of the year.
