Sunnyvale has a clubhouse where entertainment is booked for the weekends and bingo is played most nights. Other facilities on site include a launderette, ball park and a fish and chip shop.

Local to Sunnyvale you will find Chinese and Indian take aways. Asda is a five minute drive away or a nice walk along the sea front, and Aldi is about ten minutes away.
On Saturdays and Sundays there is a market at Towyn and there is also a large market, called Greenfields, on Sunday near Mostyn.
All of north Wales is within easy reach via the A55 which is only ten minutes from the site.
Colwyn Bay has the Mountainside Zoo for the children and Llandudno has the Great Orme where they can run off some energy.
Rhyl has the new paddling pool and skate boarding areas on the front and also the Sun Centre swimming pool.
