There is a veranda with lighting to the side and front of the caravan, on which is supplied a patio table and chairs. The veranda to the front of the caravan overlooks an attractive man-made lake.
Parking for two cars is available next to the caravan.
The caravan has ample storage space with cupboards and wardrobes.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
The electric and gas supply is metered and is included in the price.
Southview Leisure Park
Southview is now run by Park Resorts and they have made a couple of improvements to facilities. There is a new entertaintainment complex, a new children's play area, and a regular bus service.
Southview Leisure park is a premier site; everything is at hand to keep you and your family entertained.
There is a superb restaurant, bars, snack bar and take-away, and coffee lounge. There is also a family room, cabaret/disco room and adult bar
and there is live entertainment throughout the summer season.
You may also use all the facilities at Southview's five star hotel.

Southview Leisure Park is situated on the main A158 approach road into Skegness and is just minutes from
the seafront with miles of sandy beach.
Fantasy Island and Butlins are within easy reach, and The Embassy Theatre in Skegness has summer shows throughout the season.
Bookings and Conditions
Due to site regulations groups of single sex parties are not allowed, and people under 21 are not allowed to hire a caravan.
A £50 security bond is required, which will be added to the final price. The bond will be refunded after the holiday if the caravan is left clean and in good order with no breakages.
Optional passes will be needed to get access to facilities, details will be supplied by me when enquiries are received .
