Our 3 bedroom caravan

Owner's Description

Our caravan was new in 2005 and is central heated and double glazed, with 3 bedrooms. There is also a pull-out double bed in the living room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with most things you will need. There is also a lovely shower room and seperate toilet.

In the living room there is a TV with built in DVD player, and also a Sky box on which you can watch the free channels, or you pay to upgrade to the premium channels with prior arrangement. Other extras include a Playstation 2 and board games.

Outside you will have use of a BBQ for those warm summer evenings. There is also a rotary washing line to dry off those wetsuits.

We maintain our caravan to a high standard.

Summer Lodge Country Park

Our caravan is based on Summer Lodge Country Park which is constantly being improved.

Swallows Country Club offers home cooked food in a relaxing atmosphere and there will be entertainment 6 nights a week during the main season, performed by the site’s own entertainment team.

Also there is the sports bar family entertainment area where you can watch the major sporting events.There is also a children’s play area and outdoor swimming pool, which will be refurbished for the new season.

A well stocked shop is on site for your daily needs.

The site is located within easy reach of Newquay’s fine surfing beaches and the charming fishing village of Padstow. The cathedral city of Truro is only 15 minutes away and nearby is the village Port Isaac where they film the series of Doc Martin.

Many of Cornwall’s main attractions are within easy reach.

Holiday Booking Deposit

With all bookings there is a refundable bond of £100 which will be returned after caravan inspection within 7 days of holiday ending
