There is a full walk in shower, hand wash basin, cabinet and storage shelves. The toilet is separate and all cleaning materials are supplied for your convenience.

Bedroom one is a spacious double room fitted with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a vanity area. There is plenty of room for storage in the fitted wardrobes, drawers and cupboards.

Bedroom two is a twin room fitted with two single beds, a bedside table, a large wall cupboard complete with clothes hanging rail, and a radio/CD player.

Bedroom three is also a twin room with two single beds that can be transformed into a double by joining the two beds together. This room is fitted with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, and shelves. A second colour TV also features in this room.

In addition, a comfortable double bed can be easily made up in the living room or you can use the inflatable beds we have provided, making the caravan’s maximum sleeping capacity of eight.

Plenty of duvets, pillows mattress protectors and blankets are provided for you to use, but please bring along your own bed linen and sheets along with your own towels and tea towels.

All gas and electric is provided in our prices.

Park and Area Description

Eight Acres Caravan Site is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings. It is a very peaceful site situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and just across the road from all the local amenities, which include an excellent variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all the family's taste. There are also bouncy castles, amusement arcades and more.

You can just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the caravan site, spend the day on the sandy beaches, or explore the local attractions. For a perfect ending to a hot summer’s day, a leisurely evening stroll along the beach-hugging promenade is highly recommended.

If you want the fun of Fantasy Island then just a short ten minute walk will get you there. Here you will also find the famous seven day open market, North Shore Golf course, Hardy’s Animal Farm, Butlins and many more attractions.

For those who do not have their own transport or who prefer to leave their car, there is a regular bus service that will take you into the surrounding towns and villages. Designated an area of outstanding beauty you can discover a variety of natural landscapes including the wolds, downlands, woodlands, moorlands and heaths, rivers and streams, estuaries and marshes, and not forgetting the coast.

The bus also takes you into Fantasy Island and into the centre of Skegness with its beautiful sandy beaches and where will find plenty of holiday attractions for all the family including the Sea Life Centre and the Parrot Sanctuary.

Terms & Conditions

• A £50 deposit is required with the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday.
• A £50 bond is also required to cover any breakages or/and damages. This will be returned to you on inspection of the caravan.
• The caravan will be available for you from 1pm the day your holiday starts. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on your departure date.
• A well behaved pet is welcome, and we have made up a holiday pet bag just for them. In it you will find some toys, dishes, blankets and cushions, doggy bags and lots of other bits and pieces for them to use and enjoy during their holiday.
• For reasons of hygiene please do not allow your pet on the beds and other furniture.
• The park rules stipulate that you keep pets on a lead at all times around the park and clean up after him/her.
• We book to couples and families only.
• We do not allow single sex groups or groups under the age of 21 to occupy the caravan.
• Contact us for details of weekend breaks.
• A 10% discount is offered for bookings of two weeks or more.
• Don’t forget - you can now take your children out of school, outside the main school holiday period for two weeks with permission.

When you book your break you will pay £50 (non returnable) deposit for the one week holiday, then pay the balance 42 days prior to the start of the holiday. After we receive your deposit payment, we will post or email you a receipt for your deposit plus a booking form. When we have received your final payment we will either post or email your receipt plus any relevant paperwork you need
