Owner's Description

Our two bedroom mobile home is very cosy and comfortable.

The living area has a large seating area which folds into double bed, and includes a TV, CD player & radio. The dining area is separate.

The Well equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, microwave and fridge.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.

We have two fully fitted bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed with interior sprung mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds, both with interior sprung mattresses.

Outside our mobile home is a secluded, raised decking area complete with patio furniture. There is also parking for one car.

Solent Breezes Holiday Village

Solent Breezes is situated on the water's edge with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.

The licensed clubhouse serves food and has entertainment on Saturday's during season. It has a lovely sun terrace to sit and watch the ships in Southampton water.

The Park is situated in a conservation area and is on the Solent Way. There is lots of wildlife in the area and nearby are stables.

Solent Breezes also has its own slipway and boat park for small boats and jetskis (prior arrangement should be made with the boat park).

Also on site is a children's playground, tennis courts and a well stocked shop and launderette.

The site is off the M27 which gives easy access to Bournemouth, Southampton and the New Forest, including Beaulieu Motor Museum and Paultons Park,

Portsmouth with its historical dockyard, brand new Spinnaker tower and Gunwharf Quays (designer shops, wine bars, restaurants etc). Marwell Park Zoo is also a great day out.

It is also possible to take a boat, jetfoil or hovercraft to the Isle of Wight for the day.
