Owner's Description

Our two caravans are fully equipped with TVs, videos and radios for your entertainment, whilst the kitchens are fitted with full sized ovens and all the utensils you are likely to need to cater for your family during your stay.

Each caravan has a toilet, wash basin and shower, but most importantly, each caravan is fitted with a private veranda and patio furniture, so you really can enjoy family meal times alongside beautiful views.

The 6 berth caravan benefits from a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double if preferred. The lounge sofas convert to a further double if required.

The 8 berth caravan has a similar layout with the benefit of an extra twin bedroom.

All the rooms in the caravans have been fitted with ample storage and heating for a comfortable stay.

Woodside Bay

Woodside Bay is a small family run site which is nestled amongst pretty woodland, home to the red squirrel. It really is a step back in time, with no on site amusements or arcades, or row upon row of caravans. We really can guarantee a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The only distraction you will find will be the sounds of the waves on the nearby private beach. It is very popular with fishermen, mariners and ramblers, or families just happy to be messing about on the beach.

Since the site is so popular with ramblers, we are happy to accept pets into our caravans. There is plenty of woodland for exercise, whilst the private beach has no restriction for dogs during the summer months. So the whole family really can enjoy their holiday.

Woodside Bay is situated about 1 mile from Wootton, where you can buy provisions as there are no shops on site, although there is a laundry.

About 5 miles away is the busy seaside resort Ryde, or if you fancy a day shopping the capital of the island, Newport, is only 20 minutes away.

The Isle of Wight is an increasingly popular holiday destination boasting attractions for all ages and tastes; from Queen Victoria's splendid Osbourne House to the famous family amusement park Black Gang Chine.
