Owner's Description

**Our caravan has just been upgraded to a 2008 model. The exterior and decking remain as shown above although the interior will differ slighlty from the photographs. New Interior photographs will be provided shortly.**

The caravan is maintained to a high standard and includes a TV, DVD player, CD/radio cassette player, ironing board, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, duvets and pillows. Bedding can be supplied as a chargeable option.

Gas and electric are included.

There are three bedrooms, a double and two singles, and there is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area. We provide a cot and high chair for families with small children.

The caravan also has a double shower room with a toilet and wash basin, and a second toilet with wash basin.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full size cooker, fridge and freezer, and is fully equipped with all you need.

The lounge windows offer a panoramic view of the sea. The caravan also benefits from a large UPVC veranda with table, seating area and beautiful sea views.

Devon Cliffs

Devon Cliffs has a full day and evening entertainment programme, children's clubs for all ages, mini golf, bowling alleys, an arcade, spar, gym, treatment rooms, three outdoor pools, an indoor pool with many slides, jacuzzi, all weather sports, launderette, shops, eating venues bars and lots more.
