The Accommodation

Our caravan is 35'x 12' has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6/8.

The living area has 2 sofas, one with a double pull out bed, and is fully equipped with a TV/video combi, DVD player and Satellite box with free view channels (or bring your own sky card, enabling you to view most of the package you receive at home).

The dining area has arch shaped upholstered bench seating with 2 stools, which will comfortably seat 6 adults.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob, fridge with a small freezer box, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, plus much more.

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, overhead cupboards and a dressing table with a hairdryer for your use. There are two twin bedrooms, the largest having 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and overhead cupboards. The smaller bedroom is only slightly smaller and has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with a chest of drawers inside.

In the bathroom there is a toilet, wash basin, mirrored cabinet and a glass door shower unit. There is also another separate toilet with wash basin and mirrored cabinet.

Leading out from the living area is a UPVC decking area measuring 7’x11’ and narrowing down to 4’x15’, which has a bench table and seats, suitable for up to 8 people. The area is also gated, ideal for the safety of young children.

Babies and children

Available for your convenience is a cot (suitable for babies under 1 year old), which fits into the large twin bedroom over one of the beds. There is also a bed guard, (for 2 – 5 year olds), a Chicco Xplorer pushchair (6 months to 3 years), and a Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser.

Linen

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 pillows and singles 1 pillow each. We do request that you supply your own bed linen including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Locally

The harbour and beaches are just 2 minutes away. The historic market town of Bridport is only 1 1/2 away, which has an open street market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Every second Saturday each month is a farmer’s market.

Within easy travelling distance is Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Monkey World and the Wildlife Park at Cricket St Thomas.

30 minutes away are Weymouth and Lyme Regis. Lyme Regis runs life boat weeks, with performances by the Red Arrows.

Restrictions

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

• Parties whose members are under the age of 21
• Parties whose members are all male or all female
• Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home

No pets allowed.

No smoking permitted within the caravan (Ashtrays are supplied for use outside only)

Dates & Prices

All electric, gas and water are included in the price.

Passes are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person (under 2's are free)

A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit and refunded after your stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday will then be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Please note the £50 deposit is not included in the prices listed below.

Prices are based on 6 people sharing. For over 6 and up to 8 people, please add £25 per week

Discounts

A £30 discount can be given if 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once (excludes any late deal offers)

Short Breaks

Short breaks are also available (except during school holidays). These run either Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday.
