For hygiene reasons we do not supply sheets, pillow cases towels or tea towels - please bring your own.
Smoking is allowed in the all the main areas but not in the bedrooms PLEASE.
Pets are allowed but not on the beds.
We also provide a Welcome Pack consisting of teabags, coffee, sugar and milk, so you can at least have a drink on arrival.
There will also be some cleaning fluids left in the caravan, but visitors must provide their own please.
In the lounge we have provided a TV, digibox and a DVD player.
At the site of the caravan is parking space enough for 2 cars.
We book Saturday to Saturday and require a deposit of £50 to ensure the booking (NON RETURNABLE IF CANCELLED). Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday date.
We also ask for a KEY Deposit of £5 per set of keys, returnable at the end of your stay.
We are offering a 10% discount on 2 weeks or more when booked together.
Local Area
There are no facilities on site but there are pubs within walking distance, one of which is right opposite the site, and just a 5 minute walk away is the sandy beach.
There are numerous cafes and amusement arcades just along the front of the site, and a variety of shops too.
Ingoldmells Market is about 10 minutes drive from the site, which can also be reached by walking along the beachfront (about 1/2 hour stroll along the beach path).
Going into the centre of Chapel St Leonards you have more shops and cafes. Between the site and Chapel village there is a club called The
Tropicana, where you can see top artists performing and also play bingo. You can get a meal if hungry and children are allowed in there too.
There is also an indoor swimming pool and daytime entertainment all around the area, so you won't get chance to be bored. These facilities are only 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the caravan site.
There are also plenty of fishing lakes for those who wish to fish.
Mablethorpe is about 10 miles to the north and Skegness about 8 miles to the south of the site, with Ingoldmells only 5 miles away. At Ingoldmells there is a funpark with all the rides for those daring to ride on them - have fun!
Butlins Holiday Camp is also just 10 minutes drive away and will allow day visitors in there too.
