Lounge/Dining Area: seating can be made up into a double bed and there is also the lounge seating that can be used as a single bed if needed. A TV/DVD/Freeview box can also be found in the lounge area.
The Kitchen: has a gas cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of cooking utensils, plenty of pots, pans and cutlery, and a sink with hot and cold water. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Bathroom: this has a bungalow bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet, all with hot and cold water. There is also a hair dryer for your use.
Outside: there is ample room for 2 cars parked in front of the caravan.
There is also a full length veranda for you to sit out on, with table and chairs provided.
All gas, electricity and water is included in the price.
We allow smoking and pets in our caravan, but we do not allow smoking or pets in the bedrooms for hygeine reasons. We also ask you to bring a pet blanket if your pets are used to sitting on the seating areas.
We will leave you a small welcome pack of teabags, sugar, coffee and a carton off semi skimmed milk.
We are situated within a 10 minute drive of Fantasy Island and the big Ingoldmells market. There is a bus that takes you there too, as well as going into Skegness.
There is a clubhouse on the Happy Days site opposite, as well as a swimming pool. There are numerous cafés and plenty of pubs and clubs for all your enjoyment.
The beach is about 400 metres along the road and for those that like to fish there are plenty of lakes around the area too.
