The lounge area is extremely comfortable and stylish, with ample luxury seating. Patio doors lead onto the veranda and the double aspect windows offer fabulous sea views. It has a Digital TV and DVD player with a good selection of DVDs. There is also an attractive fireplace with a flame effect electric fire.

The kitchen is fitted with deluxe units, full size gas cooker with extractor hood, microwave oven, full size integrated fridge/freezer, pull-out ironing board and has lovely sea views.

The luxury, spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a full length feature bay window, double wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, drawers, cupboards and its own digital TV. It also has an en-suite with porcelain basin and toilet.

The luxury, good sized second bedroom has twin beds, which convert to a double when pushed together. Storage includes wardrobe, drawers, cupboards and shelving. It also has good sea views.

The luxurious shower room is fitted with a double shower cubicle with thermostatic controlled shower, triple sliding door and light, porcelain vanity unit and toilet, cupboards and shelving.

Our caravan is ideally suited for 4 but can accommodate 6 utilising the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

For your convenience we have also provided an iron and vacuum cleaner.

There is a grassed area outside and your own parking space next to the caravan. The veranda has a lockable gate ensuring the safety of small children, and has a patio table, chairs and parasol for you to relax and enjoy those hot sunny days whilst taking in the fabulous views.

If you fancy a day out for a change why not visit the Living Coast at Torquay to catch the free ranging penguins, or the famous Paignton Zoo, or Kents Cavern in Torbay or why not try the National Marine Aquarium at Plymouth.
