Our luxury 4 star, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with partial sea views and views over Filey and Flamborough cliffs. The Park's facilities, cliff top and beach are all just a 5 minute walk.
The caravan is only three years old and has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed in the lounge. All bedrooms are fitted with wall heaters.
There is also a separate toilet and shower room, a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils, and a lounge with a gas fire and 21" flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own pillow cases, duvet covers and sheets, as well as towels and tea towels.

Primrose Valley is one of Haven's premier parks with high standard facilities. It is just 2 miles from Filey and about 10 miles from Bridlington and Scarborough. It is possible to have a leisurely walk along the beach into Filey, and there is a frequent, local bus service from the Park to both Bridlington and Scarborough.
On site facilities requiring Funworks passes include:
Two large entertainment rooms with live shows, bingo and kid’s entertainment, as well as two indoor swimming pools, arcades, amusements and Burger King.
Funworks passes are not included in the holiday price, but can be purchased separately at the following costs:

On site facilities available without Funworks passes include:
Supermarket, bookmakers, fish and chip shop, Chinese restaurant/takeaway, bar/restaurant, boating/fishing lake, fairground, outdoor sports court, bike hire and a launderette.
Terms & Conditions
- A refundable security deposit of £50 will be added to your holiday price. This is required against breakages and will be returned to you within 14 days of the end of your holiday
- Payment for your holiday is to be made with personal cheque or postal order for the full amount (plus £50 refundable deposit as above)
- Sorry, we are unable to accept any single sex parties or parties who are all under 18
- Sorry, no pets and no smoking

- Prices based on maximum 8 occupants for 7 night breaks from Saturday to Saturday
- Haven Price based on equivalent "4 star" rating
- Weekend and midweek breaks are available
