Owner's Description

This is our family owned, 3 year old Willerby Salisbury caravan, which has 3 bedrooms, warm air heating, plus a gas fire in the lounge.

There is a nice wrap around veranda for your comfort, with table and chairs, where you can smoke if you so wish.

The holiday home has an open plan kitchen and lounge, the lounge having wrap around furniture, a 26" LCD TV with built in freeview, and an Xbox. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans and cutlery you could wish for. There is also a dining room table and chairs.

From the kitchen you enter the hall where you will find the shower room, which has a power shower and wash hand basin. From there you will find the 3 bedrooms and the toilet.

The master bedroom has a double bed and walk in wardrobes, and the two single bedrooms each have two single beds, which can easly be pushed together to make doubles if you so wish. From here you will find the tiolet with wash hand basin.

This is a vey spacious and comfortable holiday home, of which you will not be disappointed; it's just like a real home from home.

There is also a tarmac drive for your car.

Kingfisher Caravan Park

Kingfisher Caravan Park is on Sea Lane, opposite Fantasy Island and all the shops and amusement arcades, making it an ideal location for a great family holiday!

The on site facilities comprise of a laundry room and a very good site shop.

Butlins is but a 5 minute car drive away and the beach a 10 minute walk. You are also just a 5 minute walk from the biggest indoor market in Europe, so all the shopping you can handle as well; all in all a superb site in a superb location.

You will not be disappointed!

Please note a £50 bond is to be added to balance and returned on satisfactory inspection of van.
