Owner's Description

This spacious 3 bedroom holiday caravan sleeps 6 in comfort and is available for both weekly and short break stays from March to November.

The accommodation comprises: lounge/dining area, kitchen, shower room and toilet, hallway, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

The lounge is equipped with a gas fire, 60 channel digital TV, DVD and CD player and has a selection of DVDs and books.

Special attention has been paid to equipping the kitchen with as much equipment as possible including a microwave, full oven/grill and a fridge. We also provide extras such as a carpet sweeper, steam iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms include coat hangers and all duvets and pillows.

Cayton Bay Holiday Park

The Cayton Bay Holiday Park is well positioned close to the beach and about 2 miles from Scarborough. It offers a host of facilities including a great indoor swimming pool with a number of different organised aqua activities, football and recreation areas, as well as a nine-hole pitch and putt. The site also offers children's clubs, children's entertainment, grocery store, crazy golf, pool tables, laundry facilities, live entertainment, restaurant and table tennis.

Evening entertainment passes, which cover everyone in the caravan, are available at a cost of £48 per week or £31 per short break during summer months, and £35 per week or £25 per short break during other times.

Local attractions include Eden Camp, KinderLand, Staintondale, Flamingoland, Sealife Sanctuary, North York Moors Railway, Filey, Robin Hood's Bay and Malton.
