The kitchen area is large and open plan with loads of storage, gas oven, gas hob, domestic size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. An iron and ironing board are provided as well as all crockery, including wine glasses and tumblers, cutlery and even unbreakable kids plates, dishes and tumblers. If you let us know, we can also provide a highchair.

NB: Travel cots will not be permitted in the lounge area due to safety regulations.

There a spacious dining area in between the lounge and kitchen which can comfortably seat 6 people. The living area is large and open plan with seating to relax and enjoy your evenings watching TV (with freeview), videos, DVDs, or a quiet drink after a busy day. Fans are available for hot weather and heaters for those not so warm days!

Kingfisher Park

Our caravan is sited on a large plot on Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells and is just a stones throw away from the beach and Fantasy Island with all its rides, restaurants and Eastgate 7 day market.

The site is private, has CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit on to the site. The park itself is very quiet, yet right in the heart of all the action of Ingoldmells. Kingfisher Park is joined on to Coastfields Holiday Village, Kingfisher's sister park, providing an entertainment centre with evening shows, kids club, restaurant and indoor swimming pool with splash and bubble pool for younger guests. These facilities are available for use at a small charge.

Gas, electric, water and bed linen are all included in the price so there are no hidden charges.

Your beds will be made for your arrival, saving you precious holiday time. As soon as you arrive you can start enjoying yourself. All you need to provide are towels.

Parking is alongside the caravan for your convenience and once you park your car, everywhere is well within walking distance.

There is an extensive bus service to Skegness every 10 minutes (buses stop right outside the park), hail and ride and of course there is a railway station in Skegness for non drivers, with regular bus service to the nearby resorts.

Pets are allowed - Please though, no puppies! NB: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the park.

£100 non returnable deposit required within 7 days to secure booking. Balance due 4 weeks before start of holiday. At time of booking we need three methods of contacting you, one must be a full address. It is your responsibity to inform us of any changes to these. If 4 weeks prior to your arrival we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to re-book.
