The kitchen area is large and open plan with loads of storage, ‘Stoves’ oven and gas hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, all crockery, including wine glasses and tumblers, cutlery and even unbreakable kids plates, dishes and tumblers are provided. If you let us know, we can also provide a highchair and bottle warmer for young babies.

The spacious dining area in between the lounge and kitchen can comfortably seat 8 people.

The living area is large and open plan with wrap around seating to relax and enjoy your evenings watching TV (with Freeview), videos, DVDs, or just a quiet drink after a busy day. Fans are available for hot weather and panel heaters for those not so warm days.

Gas, electric, water and bed linen are all included in the price so there are no hidden charges.

Your beds will be made for your arrival, saving you precious holiday time. As soon as you arrive you can start enjoying yourself. *All you need to provide are towels.

Parking is set to tarmac alongside the van for your convenience and once you park your car, everywhere is well within walking distance.

Our caravan is sited on a ‘Super’ plot, giving a bigger than average plot.

There is an extensive bus service to Skegness every 10 minutes and buses stop right outside the park (hail and ride). Of course there is also the railway station in Skegness for non drivers, with regular bus services to the nearby resorts.

Pets are allowed - please though, no puppies! NB: dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the park.

Kingfisher Park

Sited on Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells, it is well appointed and spacious and provides all the comforts of home whilst being a stones throw away from the beach and Fantasy Island with all its rides, restaurants and Eastgate 7 day market.

Kingfisher Park is private, has CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit onto the site.

The park itself is very quiet, yet right in the heart of all the action of Ingoldmells. Kingfisher Park is joined onto Coastfields Holiday Village, Kingfisher's sister park, providing an entertainment centre with evening shows and kids club, restaurant and indoor swimming pool with splash and bubble pool for younger guests. Access to these amenities are charged separately.

Nearby Fantasy Island has an endless amount of entertainment for young and old including the Millennium roller coaster, Jubilee Odyssey - Europe's longest suspended roller coaster, and other thrill seeking attractions.

Locally there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, clubs and arcades, and the beautiful beach is only 10 minutes walk away from the park.

Butlins is a short walk down the road, where you can purchase day passes and use all their facilities.

Skegness town and seafront with its pleasure beach, just a short bus ride or drive away with lots of parking, has a fun fair, shopping, play parks for kids, restaurants and cafes.

At time of booking we need three methods of contacting you, one must be a full address. It is your responsibity to inform us of any changes to these. If 4 weeks prior to your arrival we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to re-book.
