Owner's Description

We are now taking bookings for the 2012 season + due to another bumper season, we are again holding 2011 prices for the 2012 season.

We have a fantastic 2006 ‘Cosalt STUDIO EXTRA caravan, seeing is believing!!

Our caravan is magnificent; there are only three at Perran Sands and more like an apartment than a caravan. It is double glazed, centrally heated and equipped with everything you need for a truly luxurious holiday.

There is a leather lounge suite, electric coal effect fire, 32” LCD flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, Freeview and hi-fi - please bring your own films if you wish. The Master Bedroom also has an 19” LCD flat screen TV with Freeview for bedtime viewing too.

The main door opens onto decking which completely covers the front of the caravan, so you never have to clamber up and down steps! The deck also has a steady gradient ramp for easy access, and is gated so that children can play safely.

The balcony overlooks the sea, golf course, and sand dunes and there is nothing to spoil your view as the caravan is NOT overlooked we supply all patio furniture for those lazy days on the decking which also has the sun on it from the time it rises, until the sun sets, its certainly a sun trap, I know from passed experience.

The uninterrupted view is amazing, the sunsets are wonderful, and on a clear day you can literally see St. Ives! Bring your binoculars!

The kitchen is fully equipped as home from home with a built in fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob and all the gadgets you would expect in your own surroundings.

There are two bathrooms, one of which has a WC, basin and ‘POWER SHOWER’ The other is an en-suite to the main bedroom and has a WC, and wash hand basin.

The caravan is situated in a very quiet residential area of the Park with piped gas and electricity and with ample parking at the foot of the ramped decking. You can cross to the cliff top and get down to the beach via a steep path, and visit the famous Watering Hole - the Surfers Pub on the beach.

Our caravan is PLATINUM standard with the following unique features:

Booking Information

No all male/female groups allowed this is a Haven park rule.

Check in 2pm for keys (unless otherwise agreed with owner) Check out is 10am on departure day.

A £100 Non-refundable deposit is required at booking no later than 5 days after the booking confirmation.

The final balance due 6 weeks before holiday date.

Perran Sands Holiday Park (Haven)

Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated in 500 acres of sand dunes which extend down to the 3 mile beach at Perranporth, and with £1.6 million invested by Bourne Leisure for 2008 - Perran Sands is certainly the place to be this year!

There are a wide range of facilities at the Park - camp shop for all your essential needs, Burger King, Fish and Chips, two bars, swimming pools, games rooms, shows every day, all weather multi sports courts etc, etc.

Please note that entertainment passes are required for access to pools and show areas which can be purchased from reception upon arrival or we can organise that for you before you arrive.

Also note that due to the regulations of the site, groups of single sex parties are not allowed.

Locally

Perranporth is a lovely Cornish village with ample parking, nice gift shops, a good bakers, butchers and greengrocers. Also the local takeaways are good if you prefer not to cook - and the fish and chips are brilliant!

Truro is a 15 minute drive away, Newquay is quite close, as is the Eden Project, and there is a host of other Cornish places to visit. If you are looking for relaxation in luxury or a fun filled holiday, Perranporth has it all.
