Perran Sands Holiday Park
Perran Sands Holiday Park is situated in 500 acres of conservation land which is mainly surrounded with sand dunes. This extends down to the Sandy beach at Perran Sands.
Perranporth is a small Cornish holiday town catering for the holiday maker. There is ample parking, with good gift shops, bakery, butchers and greengrocers; the Co-op has also just opened an outlet. There are many restaurants/pubs to choose from as well as the traditional fish and chips. Take-aways are also on hand for those who prefer not to cook.
Truro is a 15 minute drive away, although you can catch a bus from the holiday park to most destinations if you want to avoid parking.
Famous Newquay, as featured on TV, is 7 miles away. The Eden Project is also worth a visit if you have not been before. There are also many interesting traditional Cornish places to visit and explore whilst on your holiday or if you just like to relax, Perranporth is the place.
