The spacious living room area includes a double sprung bed hidden into the seating and a TV with Freeview channels, although channels work depending on the signal, which is not always reliable as the ariel is subject to the elements!

Outside you will find wind breaks and seating to allow for privacy when spending time outside the caravan! BBQ's are allowed (buy those throw away ones!)

We also have lovely, friendly neighbours!

Autumn and Winter weekend breaks available, as the caravan site is open until January 4th.

There is heating in the form of an electric ‘real log’ effect fire in the living room area, also electric wall heaters to take the chill off the rooms! There is also an electric fan heater for your use.

I can also take ‘long term’ bookings, special rates apply for duration of more than 1 week throughout the season.

Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park

Our caravan is situated on Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park in Winchelsea, which is close to Rye. It is 10 miles and approximately 20 minute's drive to Hastings and just a little less to the beautiful sandy beaches of Camber Sands!

Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park is an ideal location for all ages. The park has a heated outdoor pool, bar and entertainment complex. The beach is adjacent to the holiday park which is just a short walk away. Opposite the park is a fish and chip take away, open 5pm - 8pm or later depending upon demand.

Winchelsea Sands is also a doggie friendly site!

Open from 4th March to 4th January, Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park is ideal whatever type of holiday you are looking for!

Locally

There is a bus service which runs regularly from outside the caravan site which takes you into Rye, Hastings, and Camber. So you don't need to have a car in order to get to other local places of interest!

Also locally you will find tennis available just 4 miles away in Pett. I have paid for the hire of a lovely hard court and have my own key to the court which I will allow holiday makers access to if required. Details upon request.

Terms & Conditions

A £50 damage, security and cleaning bond will be required in addition to the holiday cost. Once the caravan has been inspected following your departure the £50 deposit be returned if there are no losses or breakages and it is left in the same clean condition in which found.
