Caravan Description

For 7 night Saturday to Saturday Holiday hire on Holiday Resort Unity in Brean Sands, Somerset is our immaculate, luxury 38ft x 12ft, 4 berth caravan with double glazing and gas central heating, complete with fenced garden, decking and patio area.

Please note that as from March 2023, we are unable to accept bookings from 3 or more same sex guests. This has been imposed on us by Holiday Resort Unity, this has not been our decision, sorry. We also do not accept bookings from guests who have no transport while staying on site, i.e. guests who get dropped off and picked up to go home.

The accommodation is of a very high standard and is a no smoking or vaping area caravan.

There are two bedrooms, both with memory foam mattresses. The large bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite toilet and sink, with plenty of storage. A hair dryer and tongs are provided. The second bedroom has two single beds side by side that could be pushed together to make a double. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs.

All beds have quilts, pillows and bed linen. The beds will be made up for your arrival. Tea towels can be provided, please ask.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, a microwave, fitted gas cooker/grill and a built-in fridge-freezer. There is also a dining table and four chairs and a full set of crockery and utensils for up to 4 people. An iron, ironing board and Dyson are provided for your use. A double socket in the kitchen has 2 USB charging points.

The living area has 2 free standing settees along with a revolving flat screen Freeview TV that allows viewing of the TV or Roku streaming stick in either the kitchen/dining area or the lounge. The lounge has a small air conditioner that you can use to keep the room cool. A selection of books are also provided for you to use and make sure you bring your Netflix, Amazon Prime account details to use the Roku streaming stick.

A travel cot, high chair or Large dog cage can be provided if required, please ask.

Double patio doors in the lounge leads out on to the decking and down to a secluded patio area within a very large, well-kept, fenced garden that is suitable for young children. It is also suitable if you wish to bring your dog, but this must be agreed beforehand and a small charge may apply. A Bar-B-Q is available if requested.

Please Note: There is no ramp to the caravan, so it is therefore not suitable for wheelchair access.

Parking

There is parking for two cars outside the garden on the road. Within the hire cost, we include car parking for one vehicle, but a second car will cost at least £2.99 per night, chargeable and exact price, in case of change is available from reception.

Site rules state that more than two cars may be allowed, but they are not to be parked outside the caravan and must be in one of the many car parks. It should be noted however, that they will be changed at least. £2.99 per night by reception - I have no control over this rule, sorry.

Bookings & Conditions

Our caravan is offered for 7 night stays, Saturday to Saturday Only. We require a care and consideration bond of £100. This is returnable after checking and cleaning the caravan. It is reduced to £75 on return bookings. Please factor this in to the price of your holiday. No refund for cancellation after reservation confirmation has been issued from the Park Owner. Please make sure you have adequate insurance to cover any cancellations whatsoever.

Please note: We do not take bookings of less than 7 nights, no Single sex bookings or bookings from anyone under 25 year old.

It is a condition of hire that all persons occupying the holiday home must have a valid entertainment pass (this is now a site rule). Entertainment passes are included in our prices for up to 4 people.
We must be able to contact you while you are staying and a valid mobile number must be given to us before arrival. If we are unable to contact you, you may be asked to vacate the caravan as this is a must due to recent events as you can understand.

There can be no changes to the booking what so ever once the reservation has been made and a copy has been sent back to you from Holiday Resort Unity. If you want to make late changes like bringing extra people up to a maximum of 4 or to bring your dog or an extra car etc, this MUST be arranged before the reservation is booked with Holiday Resort Unity. We cannot allow any changes to be made after this date for any and all reasons.

All gas, water and electricity is included in the price.

With agreement with us prior to booking confirmation, one well behaved dog may be brought with you on the understanding that it is never left alone in the caravan. Please ask for more info on brining your dog with you when booking.

If there is any over occupation at anytime with no exceptions, you will be asked to leave the site and forfit any remaining holiday. This caravan is for up to 4 people only, if you want others to join you during your stay, they must stay at another caravan or holiday park.
