In the bathroom there is a shower that can also be used as a mini bath (ideal for bathing toddlers), wash hand basin and a toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with a full size gas cooker, full size fridge, full size freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need during your stay.
In the lounge we have a gas fire, new combined TV/Video, plus a new Freeview set top box, DVD player and CD/radio. There is plenty of seating, as well as a dining area in this room with table and further seating.
Outside, opening from the lounge door, we have a small enclosed veranda - lovely in the summer! We also have a garden bench and various potted plants for your enjoyment.
Golden Sands Holiday Park
Our caravan is sited on the very popular Golden Sands Holiday Park, in Kinmel Bay, Towyn, which has been graded 4 stars by the Wales Tourist Board. It is a wonderful holiday park, which is immaculately maintained and landscaped, being in an enviable position right on the beach, with no roads or railway lines to cross.
Golden Sands is one of the few caravan parks that can actually boast a true beachside location!

We are situated in an ideal spot for visiting lots of local attractions such as the stunning scenery of Snowdondia, magnificent castles and Great Little Trains of Wales - all within an hour's drive.
Caravan Watch Scheme
The site is a member of the Caravan Watch Scheme, which is associated with the local councils and North Wales Police.
This is intended to reduce the incidents of disorder and ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday at Golden Sands.
Any act of anti-social behaviour e.g. domestic violence/arguments, drug use or criminality, drunken/disorderly behaviour, the carrying of weapons etc., WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in the termination of your stay and total ban from neighbouring/local sites.
For you added comfort there is security on the caravan site, which is under surveillance 24/7.
Further Information
We will require £50 deposit Plus £50 security/breakages payment at the time of booking.
This payment must be received by us 3 days after initial provisional booking or it may be re-let.
Deposits are Non Refundable.
Security/breakages payment will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your holiday finishing.
(Providing there has been no damage, and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
