Greeted personally on arrival with a Welcome Pack, consisting of Sparkling Wine, Clotted Cream Tea, Delicious Bread from the Eden Project Bakery, and Milk, Tea & Coffee facilities. Sumptuous Divan Beds (not the usual caravan beds) made up for you immaculately with soft luxurious bedding. No waiting for hours for the key – you only need to bring yourselves, towels and tea towels – so much to look forward to!

The Caravan has an extremely comfortable leather 3 piece suite, flat screen LCD TV in the lounge, with Freeview, DVD player and Hi Fi. It is double glazed and centrally heated, so if the weather is not too good, you will still be able to relax in comfort.

The kitchen is well planned and equipped, with 5 burner hob, including a wok burner, gas oven, extractor fan, microwave, smoothie maker, toaster, large fridge freezer and also …… a Washing Machine ….. a must for families!!

There are two bathrooms – one with a BATH, WC and washbasin, and the other (which is ensuite to the master bedroom) has a super POWER SHOWER with WC and washbasin.

The Caravan comfortably accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as mentioned before – with sumptuous divan beds all with soft luxury mattress toppers and luxury soft bed linen made up ready for you. The master bedroom also has a Flat Screen LCD Television with Freeview so that you can watch TV in bed!!

There are two cupboards under the caravan in which we supply buckets and spades, cricket sets etc, and also deckchairs and windbreaks. A Travel cot is also available if required. Piped Gas and electricity supplied.

Perran Sands Holiday Park

Perran Sands has recently had huge investments by Bourne Leisure – the park caters for your every need, swimming pool, shop for all essentials, all weather sports court and evening entertainment. You will need to buy passes for entrance to the Entertainments Complex, we can arrange this for you before you arrive if you wish.

Local Area

Perranporth is lovely – a little village with a 3 mile surfing beach, plenty of parking, a nice Co-operative Supermarket, Fish’n’Chips, Indian and Chinese Restaurants and lots of pretty little gift shops. Around and about there is Holywell Bay, Crantock, Truro and Newquay for shopping and of course, the Eden Project – a must when you visit Cornwall.
