Bedroom Two - two separate beds (can be pushed together), bedside cabinet, double wardrobe with cupboards above, dressing table with drawers, and a mirror.

Bathroom - shower with glass door, sink, toilet, under sink cupboard, wall cabinet and heated towel rail.

Hallway - coat cupboard.

Outside - picnic bench and table and chairs, parking facilities and a grassed area.

FREE GAS AND ELECTRICITY

Duvets, pillows, blankets are provided. Linen can be provided on request.

Bookings & Conditions

A security deposit of £50 will be required to secure your holiday (not included in the price of your holiday). This is refundable if no damage occurs. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.

The person booking our caravan must be 21 or over and must be present during the stay of the holiday.

If found that there has been smoking or any pets in our caravan, the security deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED as we have asthmatics using this caravan.

Any breakage or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay is the responsibity of the hirer and will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Our caravan is only available to families and couples. This is Haven Park rules.

Any unreasonable behaviour may result in being asked immediately to vacate the site and no refund will be given.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Please Note: Passes are not included in the price of your holiday, but can be purchased at reception on arrival.
