Owner's Description

Our luxury caravan is accessible via a graduated ramp with hand rail, and has one double and one twin bedroom. There is also a sprung pullout double bed located in the lounge area, making it a six berth.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find including a microwave, kettle and toaster.

In the lounge area you will find a colour TV with built in DVD player and a CD radio cassette player.

The caravan has electric wall heaters in every room, an electric fire in the lounge and double glazing throughout.

The bathroom is spacious with pull down shower seat and plenty of grab rails for those who need them.

The caravan is fully equipped; the only things you will need to take are duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels.

Holiday Resort Unity

Our caravan is well situated within Unity Farm and is just a short walk from RJ's club, Sarah's pantry, Costcutters supermarket and the launderette.

It is also close to the underpass that takes you through to the fun fair, swimming pools and markets etc.

On site you will find a hire shop, places to eat and drink, takeaways, indoor and outdoor play areas and a garden centre. Other activities to be enjoyed on site include golf, pony trekking, fishing (NRA rod license required), gym, tenpin bowling and an amusement arcade.

Prices are inclusive of gas and electric, entertainment passes and parking for one car.
