Owner's Description

We have a beautiful 6 berth caravan holiday home to let on Coastfields Holiday Village making it an ideal first class opportunity for the holiday maker.

Our spacious caravan comes complete with double glazing, full central heating and a full outdoor veranda with attractive evening lighting and secure outside storage, which houses wind breaks, fold away tables and deck chairs.

The main bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and under bed storage. The second bedroom has two single beds plus fitted wardrobes. New pillows and duvets are provided for your comfort.

The caravan has 2 separate toilets, one of which having a power shower and sink.

The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge freezer, eye level cooker, iron and ironing board. The lounge has a very warm gas fire, 22 inch colour TV, Freeview and a Playstation 2 with lots of great games.

Coastfields Holiday Village

Coastfields Holiday Village has a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool and toddler's splash pool as well as water ride, shute and jacuzzi. Also on site you will find a fantastic show bar with stage for the parks very busy entertainment programme, brand new grocery superstore, new laundry facilities, new children's play area, comfortable cafe area, great Chinese take-away and a fish and chip shop.

Just one minute away from Coastfields is a lovely golden beach.

Locally is the famous Ingoldmells markets and not forgetting the fabulous Fantasy Island Theme Park.
