The fully fitted kitchen consists of full size fridge freezer, range gas cooker, washer dryer, microwave, wine rack and ironing board (which can be located in a drawer). The very large shower room consist of a top of range power shower, wash basin and toilet.
The master bedroom is just outstanding, with fully fitted wardrobes with internal lighting, a king size bed with overhead lighting, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, under bed storage and an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin room, again stunning, has fully fitted wardrobes and lighting everywhere if needed.
Everything about this holiday home is of the utmost quality as this is the ultimate in holiday home comfort. If you want total luxury and demand the best, then this is for you.
Caravan 2
Caravan 2 is a 3 bedroom, 37x12 Salisbury built in 2006 and sleeping 6. There is a gas fire in the lounge, blown air heating in the bedrooms and panel heaters in shower room and toilet.
It is positioned close to the beach, but still only a short walk to the entertainment complex.
The front room has sofas, a radio/CD player, plasma TV, DVD, digibox, and Sony Playstation 2 with a selection of games, or bring your own favourites. This follows on to the dining area with freestanding table and dining chairs.
Opposite this is the kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Also added is an iron with ironing board, and a travel cot.
There is a spacious bathroom incorporating a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The 2nd toilet has dual access from the master bedroom and hallway.
The main bedroom has a double bed with walk-in wardrobes, bedside lamps, and also an en-suite toilet. A hairdryer is also supplied. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and wardrobes. These twin beds can be pushed together if needed to make two more double beds. One single bed fits under the other to make more spacious single rooms if required.
We provide duvets and pillows for both caravans, but you will need to bring your own bed linen.
Kingfisher Caravan Park
Kingfisher Caravan Park is only a 2 minute walk from Fantasy Island / Eastgate market, and a 5 minute walk from the beach.
The site is private and has CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system.
The park itself is very quiet and well maintained. On site facilities include a mini-market, launderette and a children's play area.
Kingfisher Caravan Park is joined on to Coastfields Holiday Village, Kingfisher`s sister site, providing an entertainment centre with shows, kid's club, restaurant and indoor swimming pool with splash and bubble pool and also a slide. Facilities are available for use at a small charge.
Local Area
Nearby Fantasy Island has an endless amount of entertainment for young and old, as well as Eastgate Market for all who like to shop.
Locally there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, clubs and arcades. Butlins is a short walk down the road, where you can purchase a day pass and use all their facilities.
Skegness town is just a short 3 mile drive away or there is a regular bus service every 10 minutes (buses stop right outside the park).

Please note: We book to couples & families only. Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not permitted.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking within 7 days. Balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday commences.
Please note: £100 for the Vogue and a £50 for the Salisbury is required as a security bond and is to be added to the prices. This bond will be refunded upon inspection of caravan and return of keys and security barrier swipe card.
