Outside there is a veranda and a large fully enclosed garden. Parking is
permitted outside the caravan.
Pillows and duvets are supplied, but you will have to bring your own sheets,
pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.
Bookings & Conditions
3 & 4 night breaks are possible subject to availability.
Gas and electric is included in the cost of your holiday.
Pets are very welcome; one or two small dogs maximum. There is a dog walk
on the site, but dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the site
(except in our spacious garden), and they are welcome on the beach.
A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required per booking (care and respect
bond) which, when the caravan is cleaned and everything is fine, you will be
refunded the Monday following your departure.
Holiday Resort Unity
Holiday Resort Unity (Unity Farm) is a large, family owned, 4* resort in
Brean Sands.
There are numerous attractions on the site including nightly entertainment,
children's clubs, fishing lake, 9 hole pitch and putt, 18 hole golf course,
horse riding and indoor and outdoor swimming pools with flumes.
There are a selection of eating places on site such as the Tavern, RJs, a
chip shop and take away. There is also a supermarket on site for all your
provisions, as well as a launderette.
Our prices include passes, which allow entry to the entertainment complexes
with daily and evening entertainment, plus one discounted entry per day, per
person to the brand new swimming complex with a new tiny tots area and
flumes for the older children, discounted rounds on the 18 hole golf course,
free fishing in the fishing lake (licence required), and finally discounts
on the rides at the attached funfair.
Local Area
A short 5 minute stroll from the caravan is a walkway to the funfair. A
Saturday market and a Sunday car boot sale is held adjacent to the funfair.
Across from the main entrance is access to a 6 mile stretch of sand, with
donkey rides available. Cars and dogs are allowed on the beach.
Out & About
10 minutes by car in one direction will bring you to Burnham on Sea; a
lovely coastal town. 15 minutes by car in the other direction will bring you
to Weston Super Mare with its new Pier.
Further afield are visitor attractions such as Wooky Hole, Cheddar Gorge and
Minehead.
